Handmade Vendor Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in vendor opportunities at Hand Made at Nutty Brown! Here are some ways to participate:

Invited Guest Vendor

Guest vendors are featured in the Hand Made storefront for one calendar month. The price is on a sliding scale and will change depending on the time of year.

There are several markets during the year, where Hand Made at Nutty Brown vendors set up outside and invite other vendors to participate. Outdoor table space will be subject to a fee depending on the time of the year.

Holiday Market

This is a larger, established, annual market with 20-30 vendors. Tis’ the Season Holiday Market will be Sat 11th and Sun 12th December.

If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please complete a Vendor Interest Form and we’ll get in touch with you shortly.

The Fine Print (more details):

Guest Vendors in the store – Guest vendors are invited to offer their items for a month at a time inside the store. We are a cooperative of makers that shares a small storefront to sell handmade, local items. As a cooperative, decisions are made by committee. Even if you have lovely product, it may not work because of size, or what else is offered. We strive to offer a balance of items that make sense together and do not compete with one another.

Hand Made at Nutty Brown Markets – We hold outdoor markets periodically. These outdoor markets are more flexible, where many of the Hand Made vendors set up tables outside of the store, and we invite other vendors to participate. We advertise for these markets on social media, and we have ice-cream, or the like, to draw people in. They have been well attended so far.

Tis’ the Season Holiday Market – The Holiday Market is an event run by Austin Craft Lounge and is even more flexible. This market can include items that were not Hand Made, although handmade items are preferred. We still strive to strike a balance of different products that do not compete with one another, but there may be a couple of booths with similar items. Many vendors return for this well-established, annual market year after year.
